Cancellation/Refund Rules
The cancellation slabs (excluding the reservation charges, transaction charges and service tax which are no-refundable) are as below:
From 48 Hrs To 0 Hrs before the scheduled departure time 0% amount will be deducted.
• Reservation charges except in case of 100% cancellation of tickets, If the service is cancellation by SNT for operational or nay other reasons.
• Reservation charges, transaction charges and service tax charged are non-refundable.
• No refund will be given to “No-SHOW” passengers who do not report at the boarding point time.
• In respect of e-tickets cancelled by the passengers, SNT will refund the amount applicable to the concerned. The refunded amount is transferred back to the passenger’s Credit/Debit card/Other payment options.
• No refund will be made after departure of the bus..
• Partial cancellations are not allowed in respect of e-tickets.
• No Email request will entertained for cancellation of e-tickets.
Delay and Cancellation of Services:
• Any delay or cancel a service without any prior notice in case of circumstances beyond its control in such circumstances SNT shall either reschedule the journey for travel on the next SNT service in the same sector, subject to availability without any extra charge based on the passenger’s conveyance or enable a full refund of the e-tickets as paid by the passengers and shall be under no further liability to the passengers. The passenger will have to cancel or reschedule the e-tickets before the departure of the delayed service else the e-ticket will become a “NO-SHOW” and will not be entitled to any refund or reschedule.
